Jane Patrick continues to be the top agent with his team in CBI, and had to uncover murderers one after another, like the death of an 18 year old waitress, a floating body of a school girl, a wealthy investor dead, and two best friends, one dead the other alive.
Later on Jane faces the possibility of catching Red John, who killed his family in exchange for the innocence of Jared who was framed to killing his girlfriend.
